Visão de Cargo: Responsável por coletar, analisar e interpretar grandes volumes de dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica da organização. Entre suas principais atividades estão o desenvolvimento de soluções de BI, criação de dashboards e relatórios, realização de análises avançadas e fornecimento de insights acionáveis para stakeholders do negócio. Responsabilidades típicas •    Levantar requisitos de negócio e traduzi-los em projetos analíticos. •    Extrair, limpar e transformar dados provenientes de diversas fontes. •    Desenvolver e manter dashboards, visualizações e ferramentas de reporting. •    Realizar análises de dados para identificar tendências, padrões e oportunidades de melhoria. •    Apresentar resultados e recomendações à liderança. •    Garantir integridade, precisão e segurança dos dados. Habilidades desejadas •    Experiência prévia na indústria farmacêutica. •    Sólida capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas. •    Proficiência em ferramentas de BI (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). •    Experiência com linguagens de consulta e manipulação de dados (SQL, Python, R). •    Conhecimento de conceitos de data warehousing e processos ETL. •    Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação. •    Atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para trabalhar com grandes bases de dados. •    Compreensão de processos de negócio e estratégia é um diferencial. •    Inglês intermediário (escrita e leitura).
