IQVIA Biotech Is Hiring experienced Clinical Research Associates (Central & Northern Poland) Join IQVIA today and make an impact on patients’ outcome! Job Overview Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the study(ies) and reporting study data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements. Responsibilities Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, plus maintaining appropriate documentation Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan Establishing regular lines of communication plus administering protocol and related study training to assigned sites Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices – escalating quality issues as appropriate Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution  Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent 2 years on-site monitoring experience of clinical trials (ideally in CVRM/Oncology) Written and verbal communication skills including good command of Polish and English language ​ #weareIQVIA #projectpatientfocus #LI-Remote #CRA IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
