In this role, you will collaborate closely with various functions across our Product Service Center and help enhance processes, tools, and interfaces. You will learn how business process management drives operational excellence and gain hands‑on experience with Lean Six Sigma methods. The duration is 12 months. How you’ll make an impact Support CI culture in Service Sales through Lean Six Sigma Drive and lead internal Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) Map, analyze, and optimize our sales process landscape Standardize and simplify processes across multiple interfaces Enhance customer satisfaction through voice‑of‑customer insights Represent Service Sales in cross‑functional collaboration.
