Mit deiner sorgfältigen und präzisen Arbeitsweise stellst du sicher, dass unsere Produkte gemäss höchsten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards montiert werden. Du arbeitest selbständig nach Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen und bringst dich aktiv in Verbesserungen der Produktionsprozesse ein. Das kannst du bewirken Montage anspruchsvoller gasisolierter Hochspannungsschaltanlagen gemäss Arbeitsunterlagen, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Prozessbeschrieben Selbständige Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse sowie Eintrag und Bestätigung in Checklisten Einhalten von Vorgaben bezüglich Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Produktionszeiten sowie Qualitätsstandards Sicherstellen von Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben im gesamten Montageprozess Erkennen, Melden und Beheben von Montagefehlern und Abweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vorgesetzten Mitwirken am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) durch Einbringen neuer Ideen und Hinweise Unterstützen und Anleiten weniger erfahrener Mitarbeitender bei Montageaufgaben Führen einfacher Produktionsdokumentation zur Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit und Analyse Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B.
