In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, and BI), Dataverse and SharePoint to build complex business applications and high-impact data visualizations that streamline operations and inform strategic decision making. How you'll make an impact: Design and develop complex Canvas Power Apps with integrated Power Automate workflows, using SharePoint, Dataverse (Data modeling), or SQL as backends. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create interactive Power BI dashboards, performing exploratory analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Propose and guide the team in establishing data storage and retrieval strategies within our Enterprise Data Platform. Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, define KPIs, and convert business processes into technical flowcharts and actionable insights. Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives, applying statistical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets. Lead the development lifecycle independently—from design reviews and progress tracking to supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing change requests with full traceability. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in BTech, MCA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in a lead role executing at least 5+ major projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Nice to know SQL Server, including data modeling and complex querying. Knowledge on interfacing Power Platform with enterprise software such as SAP and Salesforce. While not mandatory, candidates holding the following Microsoft certifications will be given preference: PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (focus on data modeling and visualization). PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (focus on custom code, integrations, and automation). PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (focus on enterprise-level solution design).
