You will support Germany Demand side Team throughout the Order Handling Process. How you’ll make an impact: Handling priority deliveries to support customer to meet their target and Order Entry & booking with SAP S4HANA / REIWA system. Activities include assisting the sales team with order processing, order acknowledgement, review of orders, order entry, etc. Creation of Purchase requisitions (PR) and Purchase Order (PO). Constant tracking & followup with internal and external suppliers. Liaise with freight forwarders with respect to shipments, customs etc. Invoicing customers in SAP system and send them to customers / internal sales team. Register and clear the supplier invoices. Resolve dispute invoices and liaise with accounts for unpaid/due invoices. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 2-5 years of work experience in order handling. Knowledge in SAP S4HANA system. Knowledge on all the SAP T codes related to SAP SD Module. Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SAP SD processes - order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing. Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time. Ability to handle many proposals & Tasks simultaneously. Ability to perform data entry for proposals & orders using internal tools. Proficiency in both spoken & written English and German (B1 Level) language is required.
