Négocier des accords, conditions commerciales et tarifs avec les principaux sous-traitants. Identifier, qualifier et intégrer de nouveaux fournisseurs axés sur la qualité, les coûts, la durabilité et les délais. Réaliser des évaluations fournisseurs et partager les résultats avec les partenaires internes. Effectuer des analyses comparatives et mener des initiatives de réduction des coûts. Adapter et gérer les cadres contractuels selon les besoins locaux. Identifier et atténuer les risques liés aux contrats et aux projets. Soutenir des initiatives d’approvisionnement régionales et globales. Votre Impact Expérience en E&C, approvisionnement ou gestion de contrats de moyenne à grande envergure (2 à 10 MUSD). Bonne compréhension des cadres contractuels, de la gestion des risques et des modèles « clé en main ». Connaissances techniques en E&C dans le secteur de l’énergie ou des infrastructures. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de catégorie (SWOT, matrice Kraljic, analyses de marché, etc.). Connaissance des méthodologies d’approvisionnement et de qualité; Six Sigma est un atout. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à travailler avec des informations limitées. Technical background or knowledge of E&C within the power or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in category management tools (e.g., SWOT, Kraljic Matrix, market analysis). Skilled with procurement and quality methodologies; Six Sigma knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with limited information.
