职位职责 / Job Responsibilities  · 开发灵巧手上位机软件，支持独立运动、使能控制、零点标定、实时监控等核心功能。  · 封装C++/Python/ROS接口，实现高效的CAN/EC数据包收发及结构体协议。  · 集成机械臂+灵巧手+视觉系统，进行遥操作数据采集与回传。  · 配合AI工程师完成模型训练数据采集、部署及实时推理接口。  · 优化上位机性能（多线程、实时可视化、异常处理），确保产线场景稳定运行。  任职要求 / Requirements  · 计算机/软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上经验。  · 精通C++和Python。  · 熟练ROS/ROS2，掌握运动学/动力学仿真工具（RoboDK/VC/RViz、MuJoCo/Gazebo/Isaac等）。  · 掌握机器人运动学与动力学、轨迹规划、力/位混合控制、阻抗控制、自适应控制。  · 有完整灵巧手或机械臂项目经验，主导或核心参与从设计到落地的全过程。  · 能够整合视觉、力觉/触觉传感器数据，实现闭环控制，完成如抓取、装配、双臂协同等复杂任务。  · 熟练PyQt5/PySide开发上位机，完成独立运动、使能、零点标记等功能，以及CAN/EC数据包收发、遥操作采集、AI模型部署配合。  优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications  · 有真实产线遥操作数据采集及多模态融合经验。  · 熟悉实时可视化、异常恢复、多线程优化。      Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
