岗位职责： 负责热喷涂设备的日常维护与管理，确保设备高效运行，包括对APS喷涂设备的日常点检、装夹、对枪、参数设置和开机试喷 熟练执行喷砂、掩蔽、喷涂后拆卸等工序，确保工件质量符合标准 独立制备金相样品，并进行初步的显微镜观察和分析，提供准确的样品检测报告 协助进行喷枪、送粉器等关键部件的拆卸、清理更换与基本保养，确保设备在最佳状态下运行 根据生产需求调整工艺参数，优化生产流程，提高生产效率和产品质量 严格执行现场安全规程，确保劳保、通风、防火措施到位，保障工作环境安全 负责喷涂区域的5S管理，保持工作现场整洁有序 任职要求： 大专或以上学历，机械，材料，化工等相关专业 具有相关热喷涂经验如（APS和HVOF） 熟悉APS喷涂设备的日常点检、装夹、对枪、参数设置和开机试喷，确保设备处于最佳生产状态 能熟练完成喷砂、掩蔽、喷涂后拆卸等工作，并亲手制备金相样品，进行初步的显微镜观察和分析 熟悉喷枪、送粉器等关键部件的拆卸、清理、更换和基本保养，保持设备稳定运行 具备较强的安全意识，能够严格遵守安全生产规程     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
