RESPONSIBILITIES 1)As a Project procurement team to launch new project to production. Lead IPG interface with Business Units and Suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, on-cost, and on-quality    2)Lead the team follow company direction for supplier selection and new product costs.   Execute sourcing strategies by leveraging the preferred suppliers.   Provide on time delivery for project launch 3)Lead the early supplier involvement for new products and drive solutions to technical and business challenges.    4)Ensure supplier can meet drawing requirement and on time deliver, follow company purchasing procedure.   5)Identify new product risks.   Communicate with commodity team to ensure right sourcing strategy.
