For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com .  Key Account Manager Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Key Account Manager’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Key Account Manager may work on attaining new business where appropriate.  Maintain and build assigned business relationships. Review treatment programs and processes within the territory accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.  Conduct the necessary site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the overall   operations of the territory plants and new customer sites. Sell new business and new applications in your territory – develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities.   Works closely with extended commercial team (ie Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications) to understand business requirements and market needs. Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable).    Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.  Independently performs non-routine and moderately complex assignments. Conducts research assignments, evaluate processes, analyzes data, and may develop recommendations. In a technical position, all recommendations should be driven by technical analysis. May provide leadership and direction to lower-level employees. Achieve customer satisfaction to ensure optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree. 3 to 5 years industry experience (pulp and paper preferred; tissue an asset)  Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems.  Project management of complex projects  Strong relationship management skills  Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them.  Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports.  Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results.  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Experience using a consultive sales process.  Solenis est un chef de file mondial dans la production de produits chimiques spécialisés, axé sur la fourniture de solutions durables pour les industries à forte consommation d’eau, y compris les marchés de la consommation, de l’industrie, des institutions, de l’alimentation et des boissons, ainsi que ceux des piscines et spas. Examiner les programmes et processus de traitement au sein des comptes du territoire en assurant des applications efficaces grâce à des tests et un suivi régulier, garantissant ainsi la satisfaction client et la fidélisation commerciale. Effectuer les programmes de formation nécessaires sur site et en LMS/salle de classe pour comprendre les opérations globales des installations du territoire et des nouveaux sites clients. Vendre de nouvelles affaires et de nouvelles applications dans votre territoire – développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente sur de nouvelles opportunités. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale élargie (p. ex. : Comptes corporatifs, Marketing régional, Tarification et Applications) afin de comprendre les exigences commerciales et les besoins du marché Gérer la rentabilité du compte (réglages de pompe, tarification, comptes clients). Établir, maintenir et prioriser un entonnoir de ventes (sales funnel) précis et à jour dans SFDC Examiner les applications du territoire et les processus/procédures pour améliorer la sécurité. Effectue de manière autonome des tâches non routinières et moyennement complexes. Mène des travaux de recherche, évalue les processus, analyse les données et peut élaborer des recommandations. Dans un poste technique, toutes les recommandations doivent être fondées sur une analyse technique. Peut fournir leadership et orientation aux employés de niveau inférieur. Atteindre la satisfaction client pour assurer une rétention optimale des affaires existantes et une croissance des nouvelles affaires. Qualifications: Diplôme de baccalauréat (sciences ou autre diplôme technique). L'expérience pourrait être considérée en lieu et place d'un diplôme technique. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie (pâtes et papiers de préférence; tissue en atout) Résultats documentés dans la résolution de problèmes techniques complexes et non routiniers. Gestion de projet de projets complexes Solides compétences en gestion des relations Expérience dans l'apprentissage de nouveaux concepts et/ou technologies et leur application. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à diriger/encadrer des collaborateurs indirects. Expérience de travail avec plusieurs niveaux d'une organisation pour obtenir des résultats. Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite Français et anglais Expérience de l'utilisation d'un processus de vente consultatif. The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,160.00 and 112,210.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
