For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com . 🚨 We're Hiring: Financial Analyst-2 📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position Team Management: Manage a team of two to five members. Involve in recruiting, training and guiding team members. Revenue, Gross Profit (GP) and SG&A Analysis: Deliver and support monthly reviews of BU (Business Unit) spends and GP: Leveraging the systems and applications, you will: Analyse and comment on revenue and SG&A expense trends. Work closely with both commercial and corporate staff to deliver monthly reports. Ensure alignment with annual budget. Assist in monthly updates to sales and expense forecasts. Initiate the production of routine monthly reports for leadership review. Provide support in Revenue and SG&A Forecast. Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) calculations and Support: Perform initial calculations on sales incentive plan. Understand the sales program and be able to reconcile sales incentive target to achievement.
