This role will be responsible for leading the logistics activities and warehouse management where service standard is a critical part. Develops the consensus statement of warehouse and logistics management and understands and addresses any logistics issues. In addition is the key contact for Sales and OTC and is responsible for 3PLs management which contributes to the delivery of service targets for the assigned portfolio(s). The key responsibilities of the incumbent would be: Monitoring delivery and STO activities with 3PLs and ensure delivery within agreed time frame and provide cost analysis report and delivery and primary transport cost is within target Maintains accurate data in G3 SAP to enable proper data analytics. Conducts regular, monthly stock reconciliation with 3PLs to ensure inventory value is aligned. And conducts regular, cycle count and bi-annual stock taking with finance team to comply with company policy and procedures. Provides regular updates to Management and to Sales on MTD delivery status and POD status and ensure original POD passed to C&C team within the agreed time frame. Monitoring 3PLs to have order confirmation within the agreed time frame to ensure no OTIF missed is due to PGI fail Conducts monthly business reviews with 3PLs to ensure service standard is up to agreed KPI index and have follow up actions plan to correct any issues happen and KPI achievement. Reviews the monthly OTIF reports to provide key reasons affecting delay delivery and work with 3PLs and OTC team to have corrective action plan to improve service standard Provides regular updates on slow-moving stock/will be expired stock/expired stock to correspondence team to have follow up actions to ensure to have healthy inventory and avoid dead stock in warehouse. Reports directly to the Country Supply Chain Manager and facilitates the consolidation of the monthly KPI reports and any ad hoc reports that may be needed. Other job-related responsibilities that maybe assigned to you in line with your function.
