We are now looking for an experienced ERP & EDI Supervisor to join and contribute to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our ERP systems, specifically Canias ERP, and related applications. This is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact by ensuring the smooth operation of critical business systems that support our daily operations and strategic goals. Responsibilities: Maintenance and support of local and divisional applications, mainly ERP System (Canias), EDI, Material Planning (MRP), Production Planning (MPS), Product Development, Quality/SPC, Manufacturing Execution, Material/Inventory and HMI activities Manage and participate in the further development and continuous improvement of the ERP system and related applications according to professional standards Document all of the customizations and processes in a systematic manner Collaborate with local stakeholders in logistics, operations, and finance management to ensure ERP alignment with business needs and local regulations Oversee and lead IT consulting services for the ERP system and related applications ensuring robust and efficient operation Cooperate with sales support and customers to ensure high quality data flow between customers/suppliers and Johnson Electric Act as a point of contact for customer-specific requirements and implement necessary actions Provide training and support to key users to optimize ERP usage Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and other industry standards Our requirements: University degree in a technical or analytical field of study, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role in an industrial environment, automotive experience a plus Experience with Canias ERP system is a must, while experience in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP is considered a plus Proficiency in SQL, MSSQL, C#, TROIA Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is a must Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills Highly systematic and well‑organized, with effective customer relationship management skills What we offer: A truly international and multicultural work environment, in a company listed among top 500 industrial enterprises in Turkey Private health insurance which includes family members Local pension plan Various allowance benefits Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
