德昌电机正寻找一位电机领域经验丰富的技术专家。作为技术负责人，将主导新一代超高性能空心杯电机的设计、研发与产业化。 岗位职责： 1.  核心技术设计与开发： 主导空心杯电机（有刷/无刷）的电磁设计与优化，包括磁路计算、绕组方案（斜绕/直绕）选择、换向系统设计等，追求极致的功率密度和效率。 负责电机的精密机械结构设计，包括转子杯体动平衡、复合材料应用、微型轴承选型与寿命分析、气隙控制及散热管理。 运用专业仿真软件进行电磁、热、应力及动态特性分析，并指导设计优化。 2.  工艺与材料创新： 深度参与并指导空心杯电机的核心制造工艺（如绕线工艺等）。 探索并验证适用于新一代空心杯电机的新材料。 3.  测试验证与性能提升： 构建高精度的微型电机测试平台，制定远超常规的测试标准，对电机的动态性能（加减速特性）、力矩波动、噪音寿命、可靠性进行精准评估。 对国际领先的竞品进行深度对标分析与解构，形成技术洞察，驱动产品持续迭代。 4.  跨领域协作与技术支持： 与驱动控制系统工程师紧密合作，实现电机与控制器的最佳匹配，优化伺服系统的整体性能。 为生产部门提供技术转移和支持，确保设计意图在量产中得到完美实现，解决量产中的工艺一致性难题。 撰写具有前瞻性的技术研究报告和专利文档，构建公司的核心技术壁垒。 任职要求： 1.  学历与专业：本科及以上学历，电机与电器等相关专业。 2.  工作经验：两年及以上专注于空心杯电机电机的本体设计与开发经验，拥有完整的、成功的空心杯电机产品开发至量产的全流程项目经验。 3.  专业知识与技能：精通空心杯电机核心技术、结构设计、及精通仿真与建模。 4. 具备创新意识、良好的团队合作意识及沟通能力，能在压力下工作。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
