职责范围： 1. 针对多轴机械臂和灵巧手的特定任务，开发运动学和动力学相关算法，包括但不限于： - VLA（视觉-语言-行动）技术； - 强化学习（Reinforcement Learning）； - 目标检测（Object Detection）； - 点到点控制（End-to-End Control）。 2. 使用 C++ 和 Python 进行系统开发与优化； 3. 基于ROS2等机器人中间件的程序开发与调试； 4. 在Linux系统上进行开发和环境部署； 5. 协助团队将研究成果转化为工程应用，推动技术方案的实际落地； 6. 跟踪前沿技术动态，不断优化和创新解决方案。 职位要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学、电子工程或相关领域； 2. 具备扎实的C++和Python编程能力，熟悉常用的软件开发流程和工具； 3. 熟悉ROS2（Robot Operating System 2）或其他机器人中间件的开发与使用； 4. 熟练操作和使用Linux系统，包括命令行工具、脚本配置及系统调试； 5. 深入了解强化学习、目标检测、点到点控制及相关技术； 6. 有相关技术的工程落地经验者优先； 7. 拥有优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能独立分析问题并提出解决方案。 优先项： - 有机器人系统开发经验； - 熟悉深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow等）实现具体任务； - 有完整项目开发生命周期的参与经验（从设计到测试与部署）； - 在相关领域会议或期刊发表过论文者优先。 其他信息     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
