In this role, you will lead initiatives that transform our manufacturing processes through advanced automation, digital technologies, and lean principles— ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. You will be the catalyst for change, championing innovative solutions that enhance product quality, optimize production capacity, and accelerate our digital transition. Your responsibilities will be to: Provide engineering support for all production processes and new projects. Design and configure equipment, tools, and workflows for new product manufacturing. Drive technological development of tools, lines, and systems, including modifications and upgrades. Deliver efficient technical support and leadership to manufacturing operations. Estimate manufacturing costs and cycle times. Lead a value stream focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost in a lean environment. Define improvements or maintenance for existing systems and plan budgets accordingly. Apply digital transition strategies and automation solutions. Identify opportunities for outsourcing/insourcing to optimize plant performance. Our requirements: Bachelor’s degree in technical, management, or related fields (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in industrial environments with strong process engineering expertise. People management experience in an international environment, with solid technical authority and experience of implementing changes and automation. Specific knowledge & techniques about industrialization. Strong experience in automation and digitalization projects. Hands-on knowledge on cycle time & methods. Knowledge of the Automotive market; Knowledge of the process of production CFM. Knowledge of the main techniques of production management/organization. Proficient English language skills are mandatory to effectively communicate in an international setting. Strong communicator with ability to team up people to a common objective. Results-driven individual with excellent planning and organizational skills, capacity to delegate, and great ability in personnel management.
