About the Role: As Technical Service Engineer , you will provide technical service and support for industrial water treatment programs, including cooling water, boiler, RO, and wastewater systems . You will work closely with customers to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize treatment programs through regular site visits. his role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on technical work and working directly with manufacturing plants across the Hanoi and central areas such as Da Nang city or Quang Ngai province. What You’ll Do: Provide on-site technical service and support for industrial water treatment programs , including cooling water, boiler water, reverse osmosis (RO), and wastewater treatment systems . Monitor system performance through routine testing, inspections, and data analysis to ensure optimal treatment efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot water treatment issues and recommend corrective actions to improve system performance and prevent operational problems. Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and assisting with customer presentations and solution recommendations. Conduct product application activities including chemical dosing control, equipment checks, and program adjustments at customer sites. Prepare service reports and technical documentation and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers. Assist with product trials, system start-ups, and implementation of new programs. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and professional technical support. Stay current with Solenis technologies, industry practices, and competitor solutions in industrial water treatment. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service, field service, or technical sales support in industrial water treatment, including boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems in manufacturing environments. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related science field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science. Ability to work closely with plant operators and process owners in industrial facilities. Good communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information and recommendations. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and customer sites effectively. Willingness to travel across the North and Central regions of Vietnam.
