Job Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and products, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damage. * Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer orders and shipping instructions, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. * Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner. * Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning, labeling, and data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS). * Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to minimize discrepancies. * Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. * Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as required. * Collaborate with other warehouse staff, logistics teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize processes. * Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers. * Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality control issues to supervisors. Job Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred. * Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). * Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the workday. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation. * Commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace regulations.
