Handle customer & contractors effectively. Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including: Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area. How you’ll make an impact Supervision of erection & commissioning of 765 KV Power Transformers at various sites in India. Handle customer & contractors effectively Vast knowledge on transformers, reactors & special transformers installation, testing and commissioning. Candidate must have familiar with latest safety standard. Customer handling as well as manpower/ team handling capabilities. He will be responsible for safe & successful completion of site work, communication with factory various departments, suppliers & customer. Candidate must have knowledge of General arrangement drawings, schematic drawings and capable of successful parallel operation & other schemes. Oil filling & filtration, vacuum process at site. Understanding all types of power transformers & reactors. Your background Candidate should be BE/ B.tech in electrical engineering from reputed college of engineering. Candidate must have minimum experience of 5 years in power Transformers & Reactors erection, testing and commissioning, trouble shooting of power Transformers upto 500 MVA, 765 KV class. Proficient in MS-Office, excel & email.
