岗位概述 根据部门的需求，设计需要的设备，并提供相应的技术支持和售后服务 岗位职责 与部门沟通，并最终确认LOR（List Of Requirements), 报价以及其他设备相关的信息                        根据最新的技术与公司的指引，确认设备设计的标准，并培训引导设计人员按标准进行设计                       根据设计的标准，确认最终的设计方案 与机器使用部门关于紧急的需求保持沟通，并安排需要的资源和技术支持 与机器使用部门关于新项目总体的设备设计方案进行沟通，并最终确认方案 岗位要求 本科或以上学历，机械、电子、自动化等相关专业 7年以上非标设备设计相关工作经验，有电机装配线设计经验佳。 熟悉模块化设计，DFM (Design For Manufacturing) and DFA (Design For Assembly) 有一定的现场改善和精益生产等相关知识 有电机类相关自动化设备设计经验佳     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
