Responsibilities: Analyze existing Product Data Management (PDM) system processes to identify efficiency bottlenecks; lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and data management workflows. Develop and maintain libraries for both standard and non-standard product data components; generate and uphold standardized data models to facilitate effective collaboration within design and engineering teams. Collaborate with design, development, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure that the data management systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO). Oversee project management from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery; prepare system design documentation, data workflows, and testing reports. Resolve technical issues related to the PDM system and provide on-site support; continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in PDM system development, with a solid understanding of product data management, software development, and documentation. Proficient with PDM systems and their applications. Skilled in using software development tools and integrating applications across multiple platforms. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure to achieve objectives. Familiarity with IT trends such as cloud computing and IoT, as well as programming languages including Python, C++, Java, and SQL. Experience in web application development; knowledge of the Angular framework is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
