岗位职责： 1.负责齿轮传动驱动项目的开发及研究工作，编制减速器、齿轮箱的开发技术方案，进行分析以及确认并满足设计输入功能、性能、质量、成本和周期要求。 2.负责传动系统的齿轮、花键等传动方案设计；负责齿轮传动系统设计耐久性和结构强度校核计算；负责减速器与电机系统集成的开发与设计；负责传动系统相关件技术文件的编制。 3.根据设计需求制定各零部件的设计标准。 4.减速器总成、驱动桥产品数据（3D、2D、BOM等）的审核及指导。 5.样件试制、DV验证过程中问题解决以及其他技术支持包括与过程开发、供应商的接口。 背景： 1.本科及以上， 齿轮设计经验优先 2. 各种常用齿轮/变速箱的专业设计 3. 齿轮 NVH 和强度模拟优先       Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
