岗位职责 负责按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计开发产品，制定前期工艺规范 负责电机本体设计和测试 负责电机及产品的测试方案和性能评估 负责跟进新产品量产前期的进度，处理生产过程中电机零件及与电机相关的技术问题 负责电机工艺技术改进、改良工作，降低制造成本 负责协助销售部门与客户沟通产品的相关信息及设计变更 负责公司电机产品有关标准的修订、完善 任职要求 电机、机械、机电一体化等相关专业硕士以上学历 熟悉电机/机械原理，机械材料选型 熟练运用AutoCAD、Solidworks、Maxwell等软件及Office办公软件 英文读写熟练，口语流利优先     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
