职位职责 / Job Responsibilities  · 主导无刷直流电机（BLDC）/永磁同步电机（PMSM）/空心杯电机的驱动系统开发，包括三环PID优化、FOC算法实现、SVPWM调制。  · 设计功率驱动电路、栅极驱动、三相逆变桥、电流采样及电源管理，支持灵巧手多关节高精度同步控制。  · 开发MCU底层驱动、通信协议（CAN/CANFD/EtherCAT）、编码器接口，确保实时性、低延迟、低噪声。  · 参与灵巧手样机调试、EMC/EMI兼容性优化、功耗/热管理、产线可靠性验证。  · 与上位机/控制/AI团队协作，实现驱动层与ROS2及AI模型的无缝对接。  · 与机械，控制协作完成竞品分析，实测缺陷修复，传感器融合，高级控制功能等。  任职要求 / Requirements  · 电气/嵌入式工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上经验。  · 必须有BLDC/PMSM驱动开发经验，主导过完整电机控制项目，有灵巧手、机械臂关节模组或高精度运动控制设备背景优先。  · 深入理解BLDC和PMSM的工作原理及数学模型；熟悉空心杯电机的结构特点（无铁芯、低惯量）及控制方法，必须精通磁场定向控制算法的原理与实现，包括Clark/Park变换、SVPWM调制。能够设计并优化电流环、速度环、位置环三环PID控制。  · 熟悉功率驱动电路：MOSFET/IGBT栅极驱动、三相逆变桥、H桥设计。掌握电流采样技术（单/双/三电阻采样）、电源管理（BUCK/BOOST、BMS）。熟练使用Altium Designer或Cadence进行原理图设计与PCB布局（多层板），考虑EMC/EMI兼容性。  · 熟悉主流MCU，如STM32系列（F1/F4/F7/H7）、TI C2000系列（DSP）、ARM Cortex-M内核开发。  · 熟悉CAN/CANopen、EtherCAT（工业机器人常用高速总线）的应用与开发，掌握SPI、I2C、UART、PWM等底层驱动开发，熟悉绝对式编码器、增量式编码器、霍尔传感器以及磁/光电编码器的原理与应用。  优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications  · 有真实机器人应用中的功耗优化、噪声抑制、热管理经验。  · 参与过从原型到小批量产的驱动系统落地项目。      Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
