职位职责 / Job Responsibilities  · 负责灵巧手及机械臂的运动学/动力学建模、轨迹规划、拖动教导、碰撞检测。  · 开发高级控制算法：阻抗/导纳控制、力位混合控制、MPC、最优控制（LQR），实现柔顺抓取、在手转位、柔性装配。  · 使用Gazebo/MuJoCo/Isaac Sim/MATLAB/Simulink进行算法仿真验证与优化。  · 集成工业现场总线（EtherCAT/CANopen），支持实时系统开发。  · 参与真机部署、产线场景测试及sim-to-real迭代。  任职要求 / Requirements  · 控制/机器人学相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上经验。  · 精通C++和Python。  · 精通机器人运动学（正逆解、冗余优化、雅可比）和动力学（牛顿欧拉或拉格朗日法建模、参数辨识）。  · 熟练使用Gazebo、MuJoCo、Isaac Sim、MATLAB/Simulink等仿真工具。  · 有实际力控/柔顺控制经验，如阻抗/导纳控制，力位混合控制，模型预测控制（MPC）、最优控制（LQR） · 有完整的如齿轮组装配，插拔端子或其他柔性控制项目经验。  · 对典型机器人如UR，franka的高级控制案例有实际经验。  · 熟悉Linux开发环境，了解实时系统（如Xenomai、RT-Preempt）编程。具备工业现场总线（如EtherCAT、CANopen）集成经验者优先。  优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications  · 有在手操作、多指协调、产线柔性任务落地经验。  · 熟悉实时操作系统及工业总线开发。      Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
