我们正在寻找一位经验丰富且充满热情的主任工程师，加入我们的电机研发团队硬件组。此职位将负责推动电控硬件电路设计的创新与执行，确保我们的产品在市场上保持竞争力。您将与跨职能团队密切合作，在技术上引领团队，使我们的产品符合最高的行业标准。 职责描述： 1. 负责电控硬件电路设计及PCB设计，确保其符合项目需求和行业标准。 2. 进行芯片方案选型及BOM制作，确保选择器件的最佳性价比和可靠性。 3. 执行并改进EMC测试流程，主导EMC整改活动以确保产品符合相关合规标准。 4. 分析电路设计问题并提供技术支持，并为项目生命周期中的所有阶段提供技术指导。 5. 协调与软件、机械工程团队的协作，确保硬件设计与其他模块的完美结合。 6. 持续跟踪新技术和市场趋势，积极提出产品改进和优化建议。 7. 负责培养团队成员的技术能力，协助其专业发展。 任职要求： 1. 电气工程、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有五年以上电路设计相关工作经验。 2. 精通数字电路和模拟电路设计，具有丰富的PCB设计经验。 3. 熟悉DFMEA（设计失效模式与影响分析）等质量管理工具。 4. 具备优秀的英语能力（CET-4及以上），能够熟练阅读和撰写技术文档。 5. 拥有良好的人际交往能力及团队合作精神，具备项目管理和技术领导能力。 6. 具备快速解决复杂技术问题的能力，兼具创新思维和实际操作技能。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
