Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities. Ensure timely execution of production processes and on-time delivery. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing performance improvements. Resolve critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams. Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos). Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.
