Main responsibilities   Highly focused supporting the new business opportunities , new customers and new applications within designated area   Develop and maintain an active prospects list , always enriched from new market data as a base for the strategic growth plan development   Build positive relationships to generate new sales , cross selling and repeated business   Prioritize and schedule activities to meet the targets and company’s requirements   Auditing the customer’s sites to understand the needs and so   to build a tailored and valuable offer   Train customer’s personnel in how to use products and follow procedures   Prepare, present and negotiate the offer with limits of authority according to the company policy   Work in close relationships with company’s marketing, technical and customer service departments in order to achieve customer satisfaction   Maintain and develop the relationship at existing customers at all levels and provide the valuable service to maintain the status of preferred supplier   Deliver trainings on Taski machines to the team and the team of the distributors   Organize and support the demonstrations with Taski machines , robots included   Monitor and report competitor activity   Visit client locations around Romania Skills & Competences   Hands on experience in selling machines, robots Perseverance and energy to achieve objectives  with a drive for results Excellent presentation , communication and negotiation skills   Proven ability to deal effectively with all levels of customer contacts   Ability to perform multi-tasking , handling & solving customer issues   Versatility and resilience to pressure,  s trong interpersonal skills , team player   Proven experience in sales (2-4 years ) B2B   University graduate, computer literate   Strong English language skills   Clean driving license   Benefits   Company car Remote work Benefits platform     Life Insurance     Private Medical Care     Holiday Allowance     Christmas and Easter Bonus     Extra vacation days ( Birthdays and 1 additional day added every year of employment )     Annual Bonus (Target based )   Why Join Us ?     At Diversey - Solenis , you will be part of a dynamic , international team, working on innovative solutions that shape the professional cleaning and hygiene industry .
