About the Role We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Industrial Food & Beverage division in Poland. This position is key to developing the Polish sales market. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new clients in the Processed Food, Dairy, and AB & NAB (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverage) sectors. These are among the fastest-growing segments in the region, offering significant market potential. The role is focused on new business development across the Polish market, with particular emphasis on South-East Poland. It is a commercially driven position requiring a strong personality, independence, and the ability to build relationships with both local and international accounts. Key Responsibilities Expand market penetration within the assigned territory and industry Identify and acquire new customers in the Processed Food, Dairy, and Beverage sectors Develop and execute business development strategies and annual sales plans Manage a defined territory with responsibility for achieving ambitious and achievable revenue growth targets Sell new applications and solutions, including preparation of ROI calculations and value-based proposals Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce Collaborate closely with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams Manage account profitability, pricing strategies, and accounts receivable Deliver professional presentations during customer meetings and industry events Ensure high customer satisfaction while driving new account growth Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate with experience in the food manufacturing industry, for example in: Sales of packaging solutions to food production plants Sales of raw materials, ingredients, additives, or processing aids Sales of machinery or technical solutions to food and beverage manufacturers Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within the food industry Good understanding of food production processes and industry specifics Established relationships with plant managers, production directors, quality managers, or procurement teams are an advantage Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and leverage sales opportunities Independent and well-organized, with strong time management skills Experience with Salesforce and MS Office Excellent presentation and communication skills Fluency in English, required for internal and client communication What We Offer A key role in developing the Polish market within a growing international organization Competitive base compensation combined with eligibility for a Sales Incentive Program Full-time employment with long-term career opportunities Professional development and continuous learning A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive working environment If you are passionate about business development and have experience selling to food manufacturing companies, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team in Poland.
