In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose.       Automation and Communication solutions digitalize power and automation networks to improve operational efficiency, enhance safety, and serve our customers throughout the whole lifecycle.        How you will make an impact      You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge Hitachi Energy in Grid Automation in France . Reporting to the Market Manager in France , you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.     Driving sales volume and margin across the Grid Automation portfolio.    Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and Hitachi Energy – Grid Automation solutions.    Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.    Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.      Your background     Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a License Degree in the same field of competency   Knowledge of High Voltage and / or Medium Voltage substation s is a must to have   2/3  years experience  in Automation and Communication is preferred.    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.    Advanced knowledge of English and French, fluent level.    A collaborative, solutions -oriented approach and strong communication skills.    Availability to travel/clients visits all around France   Location: Massy and La Defense ( 2 days of remote work pe r week)     A n advice:   A CV in English will be very appreciated      More about us      We offer a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing, as well as your personal development. Votre impact Vous serez responsable de la vente des solutions de pointe Hitachi Energy dans le domaine de la Grid Automation en France. Rattaché(e) au Market Manager France , vous utiliserez votre expérience et votre dynamisme pour construire des relations durables avec les clients, en identifiant les solutions les plus adaptées à leurs besoins. Développer le volume des ventes et les marges sur l’ensemble du portefeuille Grid Automation. Établir et entretenir des relations clients solides grâce à un excellent service et à votre connaissance des besoins clients et des solutions Hitachi Energy – Grid Automation. Préparer les plans de vente et les offres, en collaboration avec le marketing et les autres départements, en garantissant l’exactitude technique et financière. Votre profil Master en ingénierie électrique ou Licence dans un domaine de compétences similaire. Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel. Niveau avancé en français et en anglais, maîtrise orale et écrite. Disponibilité pour des déplacements et visites clients partout en France Lieu : Massy et La Défense (2 jours de télétravail par semaine).
