In this role, you will drive the commercial development of our high-voltage substation solutions and advanced power quality systems , with a strong focus on STATCOM technologies . You will work directly with utility, industrial, and infrastructure customers to understand their technical and commercial needs and recommend tailored system solutions across our Grid Integration portfolio. This position also plays a key role in supporting marketing strategies, contributing to financial performance analysis (profitability, budgeting, ROI), and ensuring high-quality customer support throughout offer preparation, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. Compensation is directly tied to commercial performance and sales achievement. As a Senior Professional, you will manage complex sales processes with a high degree of autonomy and provide guidance to junior colleagues. You will face challenging technical and commercial topics that require strong problem-solving skills, independence, and confidence in high‑stake customer decisions. How You’ll Make an i mpact Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Hitachi Energy’s high voltage substation and power quality (STATCOM) portfolio across France. Engage proactively with new and existing customers through on-site and remote interactions to understand technical and commercial requirements. Recommend optimized system solutions from our high-voltage substation and power quality offering. Support local marketing activities to strengthen Grid Integration visibility and enhance market positioning. Contribute to financial performance analysis, including profitability studies, budgeting, and ROI reviews. Provide customers with accurate technical, system, and pricing information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the resolution of tender, delivery, or execution-related issues. Your Background Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a License degree in a similar technical field. 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred). Proven track record in High Voltage Substation (HTB) projects. Knowledge of turnkey systems, EPC environments, and project execution lifecycles. Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach. Fluency in French and English is required. Based in Massy or Lyon. Experience with Power Quality solutions will be highly valued. Willingness to travel nationwide across France for customer visits. *Please kindly attach at least an english version of your CV. Votre impact Développer et exécuter des stratégies commerciales pour étendre le portefeuille de postes haute tension et de qualité de l’énergie (STATCOM) de Hitachi Energy en France. Interagir de manière proactive avec les clients existants et nouveaux, sur site ou à distance, pour comprendre leurs besoins techniques et commerciaux. Recommander des solutions systèmes optimisées issues de notre offre en postes haute tension et en qualité de l’énergie. Soutenir les activités marketing locales afin de renforcer la visibilité de Grid Integration et améliorer notre positionnement sur le marché. Contribuer à l’analyse de la performance financière, incluant les études de rentabilité, la budgétisation et les revues de ROI. Fournir aux clients des informations techniques, systèmes et tarifaires précises. Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour assurer la résolution des problématiques liées aux appels d’offres, aux livraisons ou à l’exécution des projets. Votre profil Master ou licence en génie électrique, ou diplôme équivalent dans un domaine technique similaire. 5 ans d’expérience ou plus dans la vente ou un domaine connexe . Expérience avérée dans des projets de postes haute tension (HTB) . Connaissance des systèmes clés en main, des environnements EPC et des cycles de vie d’exécution de projets. Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit collaboratif et approche orientée solutions. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise. Poste basé à Massy ou Lyon . Une expérience dans les solutions de qualité de l’énergie sera fortement appréciée. Disponibilité pour des déplacements sur tout le territoire français.
