Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Kunden zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Projekte effizient, sicher und mit hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.    Das kannst du bewirken   Verantwortung für die Abwicklung sowie die organisatorische Führung von Arbeiten vor Ort  Ansprechperson für interne und externe Kunden  Betreuung der zugeteilten Aussendienstmitarbeitenden und Erstellung von Montagezeitplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Ressourcen wie Verbrauchsmaterial, Werkzeug und Personal  Überwachung und Dokumentation von Projektfortschritt und -kosten (Reporting)  Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsanforderungen  Aktive Minimierung von Projektkosten und Risiken sowie prozessgerechte Bearbeitung von Abweichungsmeldungen inkl. Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen Vollständige Zusammenstellung, Ablage und Archivierung aller relevanten Dokumentationen (Red Marks, Prüfprotokolle, Berichte) zur As-Built-Erstellung sowie Verrechnung an den Kunden    Das bringst du mit   Technische Grundausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage und/oder Inbetriebnahme von GIS-Anlagen  Fundiertes technisches Verständnis; Führungserfahrung von Vorteil  Technikerschule / Technischer Kaufmann  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil  Sicheres Auftreten und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Baustellenbesuchen Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office​ ​ Mehr über uns Bei Hitachi Energy setzen wir auf Vielfalt und Zusammenarbeit.
