GENEL NİTELİKLER Üniversite mezunu Tercihen Satış alanında en az 2-3 yıl tecrübesi olan Dinamik, sonuç ve çözüm odaklı çalışmaya yatkın İletişim ve ikna becerisi güçlü Ekip çalışmasına uyumlu MS Ofis programlarını iyi düzeyde kullanabilen B tipi sürücü belgesine sahip ve seyahat engeli bulunmayan Askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış (erkek adaylar için)   İŞ TANIMI Diversey- A Solenis Company Kurumsal İş Birimi Satış Departmanı'na bağlı  "Satış Temsilcisi"  olarak aşağıda belirtilen iş tanımı doğrultusunda görev yapacak adaylar aramaktayız. Sorumlu olduğu bölgeye ilişkin satış sürecinin ve satışla ilgili operasyonların yönetimi                                  Mevcut ve potansiyel müşteri ziyaretleri, teklif hazırlığı ve müşteriye sunulması, sözleşme sürecinin takip edilmesi, sipariş alınması ve ilgili birimlere iletilmesi, müşterilerden gelen taleplerle ilgili hızlı aksiyon alarak gerekli desteğin sağlanması, ihtiyaç duyulması halinde ürün eğitimlerinin verilmesi vb. Risk yönetiminin yapılması, sorumlu olduğu müşterilerden zamanında tahsilat yapılmasının sağlanması, gerekli takibin yapılması Şirketin kısa / uzun dönem müşteri geliştirme hedeflerine ve stratejilerine yönelik katkıda bulunulması Pazardaki yeni trendleri göz önünde bulundurarak iş çözümleri üretilmesi ve kendi bölgesi / sektörüyle ilgili yeni fikirler geliştirilmesi Sorumluluklarının gerektirdiği raporlamaların zaman planına uyarak gerçekleştirilmesi   **İşe alım sürecimizde ön değerlendirme, uygun adaylara HR Venue üzerinden gönderilen video mülakat ile yapılmaktadır.
