Employment Type: Full-time Contract: Contract of employment Office Location: Giełdowa Street 1, Warsaw (near Rondo Daszyńskiego) Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a VAT Assistant . This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build expertise in tax and gain hands-on experience with VAT compliance in an international environment. Responsibilities: Performing first-line reviews of VAT reporting for multinational companies and its affiliates in different EU Member States. Coordinating, consolidating, and submitting statistical/Intrastat returns for VAT compliance. Collaborating with accounting teams and tax functions, including Customs & Trade, Transfer Pricing, and Corporate Income Tax. Monitoring indirect tax law changes to determine impact on the business operations and implement required changes.
