Do you have a strong background in tariff code classification, export controls, and customs regulations? We’re looking for a  Global Trade Compliance Specialist  to join our team and help drive compliance across multiple regions. Location: Flexible/Remote, could be Poland, UK or Romania Travel: within EU 5-10% Key Responsibilities: Resolve Complex Customs Compliance Issues:  Analyze and resolve customs compliance challenges, providing practical and compliant solutions to management and business partners. LTSD Management, Preferential Calculation and FTA Expertise in Tariff Code Classification & Export Controls:  Ensure accurate classification and compliance with country of origin determination and export controls. Project Participation & Audits:  Contribute to Global Trade Compliance projects and lead or support audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Compliance Inquiries:  Respond to queries from internal teams, import/export agents, and customs brokers across various regions. Data Analysis & Recovery Claims:  Gather and analyze data for the submission of recovery claims related to customs compliance. Training & Knowledge Sharing:  Conduct training sessions on global trade compliance topics to ensure best practices across the organization. Knowledge: 3-5+ years of experience in   customs compliance , with a focus on tariff classification, export controls, and country of origin determination. Advanced proficiency in   Microsoft Excel  and experience with   SAP  and   Global Trade Management systems . Proven ability to navigate   customs regulations  and resolve complex compliance issues. Ability to work in a   multinational company  with a remote, cross-functional team. Customs-related certifications  (e.g., licensed customs broker) are a plus.
