This is a rare opport unit y for a senior commercial leader to shape the strategic direction of the Iberian region, influence key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.   You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, steering revenue growth, profitability, and customer value while collaborating closely with global leadership. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy leader who thrives on building teams, driving change, and leaving a tangible impact on business performance.     What You Will Do:   Own and execute the sales strategy for Spain and Portugal, driving top-line growth and market expansion. Direct selling and customer engagement. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.   Build strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, positioning TASKI as the trusted advisor in the market.   Define and implement initiatives to optimize customer value, profitability, and market share.   Collaborate with global leadership to shape regional priorities, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.   Represent TASKI in key market forums, large-scale presentations, and global projects.     Who You Are:   Proven sales leader in a B2B environment with demonstrated experience both leading teams and managing key accounts directly .   Strategic thinker with a track record of growing revenue, profitability, and market influence.   Exceptional people leader who motivates teams to outperform, fostering both growth and eng agement.   Comfortable operating hands-on with key accounts while driving broader commercial strategies.   Fluent in Spanish and Eng l ish; Portuguese is an advantage.   University degree in Business, Eng ineering, or a related field; experience in professional cleaning solutions or technology-driven B2B solutions is a plus.     Why This Role Matters:   This is more than a sales role — it is a leadership position where your decisions will shape the future of TASKI in Iberia.
