About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our bulk branded cleaning products across the B2B sector in across the UK , countrywide . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering consistent sales growth within a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities with key accounts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue in the bulk cleaning products category. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and effective account management. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG or retail sector is essential. Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving sales growth in a B2B environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. About you A proven background new business development.
