We’re currently looking for a proactive, hands-on Equipment Service Engineer to join our growing service team.  In this dynamic role, you’ll be supporting a range of valued customers across the South East, West Midlands, South Wales, and South West UK—playing a key role in maintaining the high standards they rely on. If you thrive in a field-based, problem-solving role and have a strong technical background, this is your opportunity to play a key part in keeping our customers’ operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Maintaining and servicing chemical dosing systems and installing new lines to support product trials. Responding swiftly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain customer satisfaction. Supporting performance improvements and assisting in the design and setup of custom trial units tailored to specific applications. Managing and organising spare parts inventory to ensure quick access and system reliability. Contributing to the development and implementation of control systems that optimise dosing performance. Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This is a hands-on, highly varied position where your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be essential to delivering exceptional service in the field. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with excellent customer-facing skills. You’ll need: A Time-Served Apprenticeship, ONC, or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering (experience in water treatment or pulp & paper is a plus). 18th Editon/BS7671 Wiring regulations qualified ​A strong background in industrial equipment servicing or maintenance. Extensive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. Good IT skills and written communication abilities. Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required.
