About the Position Dedicated Weekend ACCT Role in the infusion clinic at Lemmen Holton Cancer Pavilion for weekend infusions. Serving the oncology and general populations by providing a wide range of infusion services and medication as well as blood product transfusion. Looking for candidates for whom weekend work is preferred and who want to work on a high functioning team. Recommend only candidates who are looking for a team nursing work model and a relational model of care. Some orientation days may need to be completed on weekdays as the weekend clinic is a new initiative this year. Would recommend to candidates who are seeking to contribute to a new service and whose schedule works best for weekends, defined as Saturdays and Sundays. Days are typically 6-hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. so evenings would be free. About Outpatient Clinics   Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.     Scope of work     This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team member delivers quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services.   Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent or GED, vocational training, related classes or relevant experience. 2 years of relevant experience Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience Preferred 2 years of relevant experience Clinical Care Preferred CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days Required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days Required How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
