How you’ll make an impact Develop and execute winning business development strategies for C&I Generation markets. Identify, qualify and advance new opportunities across natural gas, renewables, nuclear and related sectors. Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships at all organizational levels. Partner with engineering, commercial, legal and product teams to develop tailored solutions. Conduct industry and competitive analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities. Represent Hitachi Energy at conferences, trade shows and industry events. Prepare and deliver segment profiles to strengthen marketing and sales initiatives. Promote innovation and thought leadership in the C&I space. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus. At least 8 years of experience in business development, sales or account management in C&I markets. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver sustained revenue growth. Strong understanding of C&I market trends, challenges and technological advancements. Skilled communicator able to translate complex technical and commercial concepts. Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% for customer engagements and industry events.
