In this role, you will cooperate with multiple development teams to write documentation for different products.  Your responsibilities Create and update product documentation and descriptions without oversight  Cooperate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and other Technical Writers  Speak with development teams to clarify feature details and specifications  Take the lead of documentation projects  Organize and maintain documentation sets tailored to individual customer needs, ensuring all required materials are up‑to‑date, consistent, and aligned with contractual or delivery requirements.  Share your knowledge with other team members  Test beta features and learn how our software works to become a subject matter expert  Your background Bachelor's degree or higher in technical writing, English, communications, or a related area of study  Fluent English (both written and spoken)  At least 6 years in a similar role with some experience of writing for technical audiences   Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to prepare easy-to-read text in plain English  Practical knowledge of using international style guides for writing in English (Microsoft Manual of Style or the AP Stylebook) or STE  Experience working with a docs-as-code workflow and the ability to prepare simple code samples   Experience with technical writing tools (MadCap Flare), content management systems, source control systems (Git), Jira, and Confluence   More about us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
