As a QA Engineer with Test Automation you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced power system applications. How you'll make an impact Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs. Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries. Conduct software testing, including automated tests, performance testing, and manual testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality. Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress. Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing. Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement. Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing. Your background Good knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps). Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with .NET and desktop applications is a plus. Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction. Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous learning. Good to have: Some experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio, NUnit, TestNG, and programming languages such as C#. Familiarity with Distribution, Energy, Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.
