Pleasant Power2 position offers the opportunity to learn all facets of the Hitachi Energy Power Grid High Voltage (PGHV) business through rotating hands-on experience in project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety over a two-year period. In this role MP-JRPs will be exposed to all aspects of the PGHV process through rotating assignments in a series of progressively more responsible positions. Mentoring and practical experience combine to develop PGHV management skills in an area of specialization. Upon program completion, participants may become Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Managers, Distribution, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Supervisor, etc.   Responsibilities: Product Rotation (DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer) Take direction from and support the Project Manager and on assigned project tasks. Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales Rotation. Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned. General Rotation (Quality or HSE or Human Resources or Finance) - take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned. Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation. Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
