You will drive sales of Hitachi Energy products, systems, and services within your assigned market and achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets aligned with business goals.  2. You ensure to build strong, long-term relationships with customers and understand their needs also engage early with customers to position solutions and create value.  3. You will prepare and manage sales plans using company tools with regular updates also identify and develop new market opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.  4. You will coordinate marketing activities and communicate updates on products and business models and also prepare accurate proposals with technical and financial details, aligning with approval processes. 5. You will support administrative processes in sales and assist with project and payment follow-ups also do ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain high-quality standards in all transactions.  6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  2. With proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.  4. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.  5. Strategic mindset and proactive approach to identifying opportunities.  6. Familiarity with sales planning tools and CRM systems.  7. Good understanding of financial metrics such as pricing, P&L, and ROI.  8.
