This is inclusive of but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and boarding changes affecting current shift, patient care issues and concerns. Appropriate allocation of resources responding to the department emergencies and handling employee and patient issues and concerns. In addition to ensuring consistent flow of patients through the department functions within the framework of policies and procedures of the hospital and demonstrates growth/development. The Cath Lab Charge Lead Nurse is highly visible within the department to support the staff and partner with the physicians. Qualifications Required Graduated from an accredited school of nursing Required Associate's Degree or equivalent Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree B.S.N., or M.S.N., or DNP/PhD - if not minimum BSN prepared, new graduate/nurse with less than one (1) year experience is required to enroll in an accredited BSN program within one (1) year of licensure date and complete within five (5) years required. This is effective April 18, 2023. Required 2 years of relevant experience Two (2) years of recent cath lab nursing required.
