In this role, what you will do: Enhance product quality by identifying manufacturing challenges, developing cost‑effective solutions, and ensuring successful implementation into production. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production and quality issues related to processes, methods, tooling, equipment, and product design. Improve manufacturing efficiency and product consistency through systematic process optimization. Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process layout planning, tooling development, and introduction of new equipment. Ensure compliance with regulatory, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and quality requirements by planning, executing, and analyzing validation and verification activities. Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation. Who yor are: Bachelor’s degree in Paper‑making or related technical field, more than two years of papermaking experience. Strong teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and planning capabilities. Prior project experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Proficiency in both written and oral English. Join our winning team today.
