The HR Business Partner oversees the daily functions of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective operations, compliance with laws, and a positive employee experience. This includes managing HR systems, policies, and procedures, as well as overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.  This position reports to HR Director, located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring HR letters, policies, and practices comply with Pall Malaysia standards and Malaysian labor laws. Partner with leaders and employees on employee relations and disciplinary matters, with focused support for night‑shift teams. Lead employee engagement initiatives across social, wellness, and professional development programs. Own organization‑wide learning and development delivery, including annual training plans, blended learning solutions, HRDF administration, and full budget utilization. Support talent management and succession planning while partnering with leaders on ad‑hoc training and workforce development needs. The essential requirements of the job include: Education : Possess at least Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Years of Experience : Minimum 8 years of working experience in HRBP environment, Learning and Development Shift Working: Able to work on shift working hours (3.00pm 12.00am).
