Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.  Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.  The “ Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, Inventory Accounting ” for Cytiva is responsible for  Standard cost process, monthly Reconciliations and month close process. This position is part of the global India Finance COE located in Bangalore and will be on-site (working hours from 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM). At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.  What you will do: Support complex inventory Costing processes, for example Annual Standard cost updates & Transfer Price updates. Supporting month end inventory Closing activities, Prepare monthly inventory Account Reconciliations, Help drive process improvements/automation/standard work for the above areas, Responsible for quality error free deliverables in accordance with the quality standard for FP&A CoE, Participate in global Sarbanes-Oxley testing of inventory processes.  Who you are: B. Com, MBA, CA, CMA 4 - 6 years of progressive finance experience Knowledge & experience of inventory accounting; Previously worked in a global business environment with experience of global processes & transactional flows; Proficient in Excel, including Pivots and Vlookups; Experience of ERP usage, for example Oracle or SAP;  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Strong analytical skills: able to analyze large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, link financial results to operational performance and distil them into insightful analysis; Process improvement initiatives; Working in ambiguous situations: adaptable & open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances; BI tools, for example Qlik Sense, OneStream;  Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
