The Logistics Clerk is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of domestic and international shipments to maintain on time delivery through shipping execution.  Manage the daily administrative operations of ensuring goods are received, stored and shipped efficiently. This position reports to the Assistant Manager and is part of the Logistics Department, of Supply Chain l ocated in Coralville, IA and will be an on-site role .   SHIFT: 12-9pm Monday to Friday In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Organize outbound shipments through picking, verification, packing and shipping. Manage SAP queue for order fulfillment Prepare essential shipping documents such as airbills, commercial invoices and file customs paperwork. Inventory management including transferring and verification of materials as well as conducting cycle counts The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient computer literacy skills Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently with a strong attention to detail Logistics experience Must be objective and measurable, eg. education, years of experience per GCRF job leveling guidelines (do not cap years of experience), specific systems proficiency or industry experience. Do not include soft skills. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role Ability to travel – list specifics % travel, overnight, within territory or locations Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Logistics experience SAP experience or previous use of warehouse management system /shipping software Inventory control, cycle counting IDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
